Our Business

Hong Kong Dim Sum was opened on 23rd November 2002 at 22 Cambridge Street, Box Hill, Vic 3128. On Saturday and Sunday, ready-to-eat hot food are available in this main shop.

On 20th May 2008, at 77 Kingsway, Glen Waverley, Vic 3150, our Glen Waverley branch was opened. Ready-to-eat hot food are available daily here.

Our business covers wholesale and retail of dim sums;
party, functions and celebrations catering.

Our Management

Managed by Mr. LEUNG Kong-choi from Hong Kong. Mr. Leung has over 40 years in Chinese cuisine including the making of dim sums in Hong Kong and Melbourne. His highest achievement was the executive dim sum chef in several famous Chinese restaurants in Hong Kong and Melbourne.

Our Products

More than 80 popular dim sums including siu mai (pork, beef, chicken, scallop and prawn), prawn dumpling, BBQ pork bun, baked puffs, vegetarian and sweet tempters, which you can have during Yum Cha in restaurants in Australia can be bought here.

All dim sums are prepared to a high standard of quality and are easy to cook at home. Cooking instructions are already on the menu. You may enjoy the dim sums as delicious as those in the restaurants at home at less cost.
